"Absoulutely Outstanding service !!! Have been with State Farm for years without any problems. My house along with my cars are covered with good rates. Shannon Freeman's office is by far the most competent, courteous company I've dealt with. Phone calls, messages are answered promptly and any issues handled without attitude! Good customer service is hard to come by these days and I just wanted to let him know it is Appreciated. Road side service is not oo bad either. Would definately recommend if in the market."

"I had State Farm for almost 3 years. They covered my homeowners insurance and two vehicles. My car insurance increased every 6 months even though I did not have any changes in my driving history. The owner is nasty. I do not recommend."
